The President of the Ga North Chiefs and Queen Mother’s Association (GNCQMA), Nii Kortey Boi II, Ofankor Mantse made this announcement on April 29, 2024 in a press conference at Ayalolo Bus Terminal, Ofankor Barrier  on behalf of the Ga Mantse and the Ga Traditional Council. Commission of Abensu Nursery project The Member of Parliament of Trobu Constituency, Honourable Moses Anim and the Municipal Chief Executive of Ga North Municipality, Honourable Simons Sekyim have on Tuesday January 23, 2024 commissioned the Abensu and New Achimota Presby Schools projects. The projects are to ensure quality education service delivery to the citizenry in the municipality. The Abensu school project consists of a nursery school complex and a primary storey building. The New Achimota Presby School edifice at Mile 7 is a Six Unit Classroom Block and one storey office complex.
