Any lesson to learn

Ghana has witnessed such incidents of such nature before and one can recall August 12, 2015, "Madina, Atomic Junction explosion" that injured people and destroyed properties.

These should send a signal to "come to see people" who when see incident, will draw their necks and phones, equally get nearer to peep what is happening and take shots because of social media.
