Secretary of State for California to visit Ga North Municipality

 

California Secretary of State, Her Excellency Shirley Weber (Ph.D)

The Secretary of State for California Her Excellency Shirley Weber (Ph.D) to visit Ghana from November 17 to 24, 2023 an invitation by the Ga North Municipal Assembly.

In a press statement by the Assembly, her memorable visit will be touring the Ga North Municipality, precisely the Ayawaso Chief palace for a briefing of the Ayawa-Tree and the Shrine, the Bulk Supply and the Interchange at Pokuase, Saint Johns Grammar School, the Electoral Commission's office and the National Identification Authority (   NIA) office.

Director of the Ga North District Hospital, Ofankor, Dr. Nhyira Easel has disclosed to IG-TECH MEDIA NETWORK December 31, 2021 that the Achiato Reproductive Health Center will begin work January, 2022. "Currently where we're, we are starting with VC and Family Planning", she said. Jomoro: 10 brilliant but needy students receive trunks and chopboxes

The presentation happened Sunday December 3, 2023 at Egbazo Community Center in the Jomoro District, Western Region. The donation was to empower the students to double up their performance in their academic journey. Hon. Ga North Department of Transport in collaboration with Road Safety Authority train commercial drivers in Ga North Municipality defensive driving

Commercial Drivers with Commander Cliff Offei, middle left, Ga North MCE, middle right The Ga North Municipal Transportation Department in collaboration with the Ghana Road Safety Authority Wednesday January 24, 2024 held a training programme at Ofankor Pentecost Church for commercial drivers in the municipality. The training was dubbed “Stop, Think and Drive”, is a road safety campaign which is a defensive driving training for commercial drivers. It is to build, reduce and improve road users behaviours and risk of involvement in road crashes. The Planning Manager in charge of Road Safety Training, Mr Felix Owusu underlined some common mistakes caused by drivers on the road.
